2020 and the Pandemic have impacted working women in alarming ways. Data shows that, due to Covid-19, 1 in 4 women are downsizing their career, have lost their job, or are retiring earlier than expected, etc. The expected short and long-term impact on working women in the US is significant.
We all know women that, as a result of these unprecedented times, are thinking about retiring earlier than expected. Or maybe have already done so and it is not at all what they expected.
